Who is Riddlock personal training for?
We specialise in personal training for 40+ time-poor professionals. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, we have the right trainer.
Can my dog or children sit in and wait for me?
No problem if we train in your local park as long as neither of them bites! Otherwise, you can do what they like if we train in your home.
I have an injury. Can I still do personal training?
Most of our clients have injuries; once we get over 40, we do not spring chickens anymore (not old either ey). Our personal training sessions are based on what you can and can’t do, from how much you can lift to how fit you are.
I hate the gym; how is this different?
It would be best if you never stepped inside a gym again as we will train where suits you best, whether in your home, your local park, the beach, or at work… all we focus on is having fun and, most of all, getting results.

I’m 67. Can I work with Riddlock personal training?
Yes, as long as you’re over 40.
How far in advance do I need to book or cancel?
We know life can be crazy, so we keep things as simple as possible, running a 24-hour cancellation policy, but you can book as far in advance as you like.
How fast will I see results?
How quickly do you want to see them? Once you join Riddlock personal training, we will give you all the tools and resources and guide you every step of the way. It all comes down to how badly you want it, and when the tough days come, do you follow everything we teach you so you don’t reach into the biscuit tin or that cold bottle in the fridge?

Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, all you need is to bring yourself and some water; we provide everything else.
How much space will you need for the personal training session?
Very little. We can deliver amazing sessions even in a tight work area. A lounge, hallway, backyard or deck will provide more than enough space.
What type of personal training do you provide?
We develop individual programs and personalise them to your preferences. With our sessions, you can expect plenty of variety. We like to keep things fresh so you don’t get bored.
