Kedron Has Plenty of Ways to Move. We Add the Strength Training.

Kedron locals already have access to one of Brisbane’s better active-transport corridors. The Kedron Brook Bikeway runs between Mitchelton and Nundah, providing a long shared route for walking, running and cycling, while Bradbury Park adds local recreational space and facilities including a basketball court.

But being active and following a progressive strength programme are two different things.

That’s where Riddlock PT fits in. We bring structured, coached strength and fitness training to you, building a programme around your starting point and progressing it over time. So your walks, rides and everyday activity can sit alongside training specifically designed to make you stronger and more capable.

Build Strength and Fitness Around Your Life

You don’t need to already be fit to work with a personal trainer.

We work with people at different starting points, including those returning to exercise after years away, professionals struggling to fit training around work and family, and people who simply want more structure and accountability.

Your training starts from where you are now. We build the programme around your goals, experience and capabilities, then progress it as your strength and fitness improve.

The aim isn’t to make fitness take over your life. It’s to make consistent training something that can actually stay in it.

Less to Manage. More Consistency.

After years of working with busy clients, one thing becomes obvious: most people don’t need more fitness information. They already know exercise is important. The difficult part is doing it consistently.

That’s why we remove as much friction as possible. Your trainer comes to you, your sessions are planned for you and your programme progresses as you do.

You don’t need to decide what workout to follow, travel to another appointment or figure everything out yourself. You get experienced coaching, accountability and a clear plan, then concentrate on doing the work.

No. Your trainer can bring the equipment required for your session. If you already have equipment at home or access to a building gym, we can incorporate that into your programme as well.

Absolutely. Many of the people we work with are in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. Your training is based on your current fitness level and goals rather than your age or what you used to be able to do.

Our standard personal training sessions are 45 minutes, including your warm-up.

Training can often be adapted around previous injuries and individual limitations. Where something requires diagnosis or specialist input, we may recommend speaking with an appropriate health professional before progressing certain exercises.

Start with a free phone consultation so we can discuss your goals, location, availability and whether Riddlock PT is the right fit. If we’re a good match, the next step is a paid physical assessment before your ongoing training programme begins.

Who Does Mobile Personal Training Work Best For?

You Have a Busy Schedule

When work and family already compete for your time, removing the journey to and from a gym makes regular training considerably easier to fit into the week.

You Don’t Enjoy Traditional Gyms

You can become stronger and fitter without enjoying crowded gym environments. Training can take place privately at home, in your building gym or at another suitable location.

You’re Returning to Exercise

Getting back into training after a long break can feel daunting. Your programme starts at an appropriate level and progresses as your fitness, strength and confidence improve.

You Need Accountability

Knowing what to do and consistently doing it are different things. Having an appointment, a coach and a programme already planned removes many of the decisions that cause training to fall away.
